                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH DAVID SCOTT 
                   RELATIVE TO CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE 
                   ESTABLISHMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A 
                   PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING 
                   PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED 
                   SIXTEEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($516.00), PLUS 
                   REASONABLE EXPENSES, PER WEEK, FOR A PERIOD 
                   NOT TO EXCEED FOUR (4) MONTHS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Employment Agreement with David Scott relative to consulting 
       services for the establishment and implementation of a pavement 
       management system and authorizing payment in the amount of 
       $516.00, plus reasonable expenses, per week, for a period not to 
       exceed four months, with the exception that the contract can be 
       renewed by the city as needed.
